Meet Jashika, a gentle soul who just wants companionship and a cozy place to land.

Jashika came to us with several other cats after her owners went into a nursing home. Since then, she has been quietly waiting for a new family to notice her. She lights up when someone walks into the cat room and happily leans in for pets. She even gives little love nibbles when she is feeling especially affectionate.

She enjoys being social and would do best in a home with another cat. She has done well with calm children and would thrive in a peaceful environment where she can move at her own pace. Jashika does have some hip arthritis and currently receives monthly Solensia injections, which help keep her comfortable. Her wobbly hips may slow her down, but they do not slow her love.
