At Lil Roar Cat Rescue, our mission is to provide a safe and caring environment for all the cats that come through our doors. We strive to find loving forever homes for each and every cat that enters our Rescue.

Our Team

Our team is made up of dedicated animal loving volunteers who are passionate about providing the best care possible to the cats in our rescue. We work tirelessly to ensure that each cat receives the love and attention they deserve.

Adoption Process

Adopting a pet from Lil Roar Cat Rescue is easy! Simply fill out our adoption application, meet with one of our adoption counselors to make sure you and your new feline friend are a good fit for eachother, and then take your new furry friend home. Our adoption fees are affordable and cover the cost of spaying/neutering, vaccinations, microchipping.

About Us

Lil Roar Cat Rescue is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization driven by volunteers in the community that is dedicated to reducing the feral and homeless cat population. We rehome cats that can be socialized and we provide foster homes and feral cat socialization through our dedicated and experienced foster care volunteers. Lil Roar Cat Rescue is committed to serving the Hampton Roads region and beyond. Every Lil Roar Cat Rescue animal caregiver and foster care provider has had a home check and has never been convicted of animal cruelty or neglect or abandonment. Every foster care provider complies with 3.2-6503 of the Code of Virginia.
